We’re off on our holibobs tomorrow so I thought I would share with you how well I have done since my last update in September! Be warned, half naked body posts here… soz guys!
The past 2 weeks I had decided to lower my carb intake so I could get rid of the awful bloating… I definitely didn’t cut them out altogether but I was watching how much I was eating. It’s little things like bread with soup on a lunch break. You don’t need it, you’ve got plenty to eat. So I swapped it for an apple or banana to have after my soup 🍎 I also cut out cake… Too much around me at work 🙈🙈
I also really focused on my fluids… Again I still struggle with this but I feel like I’m really getting there now! I find it better to drink out of a bottle so I can keep track on how much I have had.
I’ve also recently been noticing how well I have progressed with some weights. I used to only be able to manage about 20-40kg on the hip abductor & adductor machines, but I have now managed to do between 60-75kg! If that’s not progress I don’t know what is 💪🏽
